Keystone Mews – Demolition Continues

admin Portfolio Updates, Residential Development

In August 2010, Stafford Homes commenced the demolition phase of the Keystone Mews project as part of its ongoing transformation of previously industrially zoned lands into Toronto’s newest residential community. Currently demolition continues as scheduled. The second and only remaining building is being deconstructed to make way for 42 freehold townhouses and 10 semi-detached residences.

Stafford Homes have completed all necessary soil remediation and are in the process of filing a record of site condition with the city of Toronto – a necessary step to move forward with the ultimate servicing of the site.
