140 Yorkville Avenue Development Update

The City has received a Rezoning application to construct a new 40-storey (128 metres, plus mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building with 330 residential dwelling units and retail/commercial uses in the first three storeys. A total of 284 parking spaces and 350 bicycle parking spaces are proposed on levels P1-P3 of an underground parking facility accessed via Avenue Road.
