Where should you buy your luxury home? A recent CNBC article explored the top ten cities that cater to the ultra-rich demographic, according to global wealth information company, Wealth-X’s, collaboration with Warburg Realty and Barnes International Realty. It comes as no surprise to find Toronto on this list, as several Greybrook developments (e.g., Avenue & Park, 1 Scollard, 140 Yorkville) are tailored to meet the needs of this niche.
Wealth-X weighed quality of life factors including connectivity, safety, cultural richness, taxation and environmental consciousness, to determine the top ten locations, for luxury homes valued between $1.5 million and $8 million.
