Following a recent feature on the Greybrook and Stafford Homes’ Avenue & Park development’s features and finishes, UrbanToronto continues showcasing the excitement surrounding the high-end development through an update of the municipal approval process.
Wider sidewalks and additional parking for bicycles are among a few of the changes to the retail and public portion of the project suggested following the City’s review of the original proposal. The recent resubmission of a slightly revised plan which addresses these and other minor changes detailed in the UrbanToronto feature maintains Stafford and designer Page + Steele / IBI Group’s overall vision of making Avenue & Park an address of distinction.
