We are pleased to report that the Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and the red line revision to the Towns of Cornell Draft Plan Approval were approved by City of Markham Council on November 29, 2016. Following the above approval, the Zoning By-law was formally enacted by Council on Dec 13, 2016.
The approved draft plan accounts for 132 rear-lane townhomes, ranging from 1,765 to 2,357 square feet (sq. ft.), and 68 stacked townhomes, ranging from 1,466 to 1,548 sq. ft., for an overall total of 200 units. Building permit applications were filed with the city in December, and building permits are anticipated to be received by mid-2017, once servicing requirements are complete. Servicing has begun, with earthworks underway and the stripping of topsoil is now complete in preparation for above grade construction to begin in mid-2017.

The sales program launch has been a huge success, following the exclusive Greybrook Friends and Family event, with over 80% of released units sold to date.
