We are pleased to report that since the Towns of Cornell sales program launched in November 2016, 99.5% of units are sold out! The one remaining unsold lot is temporarily on hold as a potential location for the construction site office.
Construction is underway on the site, with earthworks complete and servicing continuing to progress well. The development team expects to start putting pipes in the ground within the next month and complete all underground servicing 3-4 months after that. Once servicing is complete and building permits are in place, vertical construction will commence immediately.
