Our College at Spadina project is almost sold out! Of the building’s 226 units only one unit remains available for purchase. Slightly more than 85% of the retail space was leased to Loblaws’ Independent City Market which has been open for business since August 2016. The entire retail component has been sold following an extensive marketing process by Cushman Wakefield, who had been retained to sell the commercial portion of the development. We will share more news regarding the purchaser and upcoming tenant when they become available.
