Preliminary renderings of our Upper Junction development at 2306 St. Clair Avenue West with Marlin Spring were included in a rezoning application submitted to the City of Toronto. The Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed mixed-use building is expected to be 11 storeys with over 250 residential units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space. The red brick exterior is complemented by sizeable black-framed windows which will provide units with ample natural light. The building will be topped with a green roof and landscape design by NAK Design Strategies.
