We are excited to share that our Towns of Cornell development has officially been registered as a new subdivision. The necessary building permits required to begin the foundation work were received and construction is currently well underway. Roads on site have been paved, and servicing is substantially complete. The Development Team is now focusing on vertical construction and preparing for foundation work with framing and roofing work to follow.

As mentioned in our previous post, unit sales have reached 99.5% sold out and we expect first occupancies to begin in mid-2019. More marketing and sales updates will be posted on our blog once we receive them.
