Further to our last update, construction continues at our Lower JCT. development as visible in the aerial photographs of West TWNS along Perth Avenue and the Auto BLDG below. Installation of exterior brick finishes are underway the majority of townhome blocks with progress made on framing of the exterior parking garages/rooftop terraces to the rear of the townhomes.
The retrofitting and renovation of the Auto BLDG continues to progress as well, with the new modern glass entranceway for the Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto (MOCA) nearing completion. MOCA is scheduled to open September 22, occupying the first five floors of the beautiful updated space.
