We are excited to share new aerial photos of our Brooklin development site. In partnership with Fieldgate Homes, the 18-arce development is located at 7150 Thickson Road. Our property closed in January 2018, and is expected to be developed into more than 170 single-detached homes and townhomes. The site is situated within ample green space and surrounded by several established communities nearby. In addition, the site is conveniently located near the newly extended Highway 407 and is a short 5-minute drive to the historical downtown of Brooklin.
