We are excited to announce that demolition has begun on the site of our Stouffville development in partnership with Cityzen Development Group and Tercot Communities. Located just north of Markham at 6853 Main Street, the 2.5-acre development offers abundant natural greenspace and convenient access to transit with two GO Transit Station stops (Lincolnville and Stouffville) nearby. The site is expected to be developed into over 50 18’ and 19’ townhomes, offering additional low-rise housing supply for the expanding region.
