We are pleased to share photos of the Topping Off party for the South Tower of our Garrison Point development with Fernbrook Homes, Cityzen Development Group and Diamond Corp. Construction progressed well throughout the year, with the South Tower recently reaching its full height of 29 storeys. The topping off party was held in what will become one of Garrison Point’s beautiful amenity spaces and was attended by members of the development, construction, and trades teams to celebrate this latest milestone. Together, Garrison Point and Playground Condominiums (the North Tower) will bring over 650 residential units to market in this beautifully designed complex abutting a five-acre park in Liberty Village.
