We are pleased to share an update on our Stouffville development in partnership with Cityzen Development Group and Tercot Communities. Since our last update, demolition has continued and we have secured Draft Plan and zoning approvals ahead of our original projections. The development team is now focused on securing necessary permits and approvals to begin servicing and construction in late 2019. We will provide an update once this next phase of construction commences on site.
