We are excited to share a construction update for our Shelburne development site with partner Fieldgate Homes. Preliminary site grading has been ongoing since June 2018, and the earthworks program which began in early summer will continue into 2019. Shelburne offers residents small town charm, along with easy access to desirable amenities, and has quickly established itself as a desirable residential community for prospective homebuyers. The development site is nestled next to 32 acres of natural green space near the intersection of two major thoroughfares that will provide future residents convenient access to Shelburne and Dufferin County.
