We are pleased to share that our Oshawa II development with Stafford Homes has received Draft Plan Approval, with Site Plan Approval expected in early 2019. The approved draft plan is comprised of a total of 115 units and consists of 81 traditional townhomes, 30 rear-lane townhomes and four 30’ detached homes. The marketing program is currently in development for an anticipated sales launch later this year, and we will provide more details and exact timing once finalized.
