The municipal approval process has begun for our highly anticipated 140 Yorkville development.
We are thrilled to announce that in collaboration with our partners, First Capital REIT, the Zoning By-Law Amendment Application for the redevelopment our 140 Yorkville property has been submitted to the City of Toronto.
Situated in the northeast corner of Avenue Road and Yorkville Avenue, immediate adjacent to Yorkville Village, the proposed ultra-luxury 29-storey mixed-use residential project will feature approximately 100 units. The development proposes to also include an additional 50,000 square feet of new retail space, a new public square area and water wall feature, with a relocated entrance connection into Yorkville Village from Yorkville Avenue. With its and premiere location, steps from some of the city’s best luxury retail, dining, and cultural amenities, we look forward to seeing our 140 Yorkville contribute to the ongoing evolution of Toronto’s iconic Yorkville neighbourhood.
