Homes at our Fergus project with partner Tribute Communities are coming together, we are pleased to see construction meaningfully advance for both the single-detached and townhome units in Block 1. The single-detached units are under varying stages of construction to completion, while all townhome blocks have completed vertical construction and are currently undergoing interior work ranging from plumbing rough-ins to wiring in preparation for occupancies later this year. With the majority of Block 1 sold, the first sales phase of block two has begun.
