Foundation and framing work is underway at our townhome community.
Since breaking ground in late 2020, our Symphony Towns project with partner Marlin Spring has seen considerable construction progress, with foundations being poured and framing underway for the first blocks of townhomes.

Located in the City of Oshawa, the site is being developed into a residential community of 212 townhomes. Future residents will enjoy the proximity to major transportation infrastructure that provides convenient access to downtown Toronto including Highway 401 and the Oshawa GO and VIA Station.
