Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partners Cityzen Development Group, Fernbrook Homes, and Diamond Corp and oversaw the development of the Garrison Point and Playgrounds Condominium project, a 744-unit condominium.
Located at 30 & 50 Ordnance Street in the sought-after Liberty Village neighbourhood, the property was developed into a mixed-use condominium comprised of two residentials towers standing at 29 and 35 storeys over a shared podium. The condominium is beautifully designed complex abutting a newly created five-acre park and walking bridge. Garrison Point and Playgrounds residents benefit from a growing number of amenities, access to transit and parks within walking distance along the Lake shore.
The development was successfully completed in 2021.
