Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partners Tercot Communities & Cityzen Development Group and oversaw the development of a planned 115-unit low-rise housing community in the City of Markham.
Located at 7350 Markham Road in Markham, the property was successfully taken through a zoning approval process and approved for the construction of 115 townhomes. The newly approved site was sold to a builder to complete the sale and construction of homes on the site. The parcel of land was one of the last parcels in a developed neighbourhood with convenient access to major highways, shops, transit, parks and some of Ontario’s premier golf courses.
The transaction closed in 2017 and Greybrook and investors successfully exited the investment.
