Greybrook Realty Partners is the real estate investment and asset management division of Greybrook Capital, a North American private equity firm focused on making investments in the real estate and healthcare sectors. We invest in a range of real estate asset classes with one goal in mind: generate exceptional risk-adjusted returns for our investors while contributing to the economic prosperity of communities in our target markets.

Our experienced team works diligently in collaboration with our network of exceptional partners to identify, underwrite, acquire and execute on the right investments at the right time. Our areas of focus include development-based and value-add real estate investments that encompass a broad spectrum of asset classes and investment strategies.

We seek to invest in underperforming or undervalued assets in core locations that have strong turnaround or enhancement potential. We enhance their value by creating and executing sound improvement plans to maximize the value of these assets and generate strong returns for investors.

DEVELOPMENT-BASED INVESTMENT STRATEGY

When a development is executed successfully, value can be created at each stage in the process, from zoning to construction to sales and delivery. Greybrook acquires, executes and exits development-based investments at different stages with the goal of maximizing investor returns and minimizing risk.

  ACQUIRE

We acquire prime developable lands in major urban and suburban markets to be developed into for-sale residential, multi-family or commercial assets. Through a co-venture investment structure, Greybrook investors jointly own these development properties with our developer partner(s).

  EXECUTE 

Our experienced asset management team works alongside our developer partners on all aspects of a project from acquisition through completion. As active managers, it is our responsibility to diligently monitor our projects throughout the execution to ensure that we are always in a position to evaluate opportunities that could generate superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors.

  EXIT

Greybrook investors receive their invested capital and profits upon investment exit. Our typical exits include the completed zoning of property, completion of for-sale residential developments, and the stabilization and eventual sale of commercial assets. In some cases, Greybrook will exit an investment sooner than planned if significant profits can be realized for investors.
